Wise May are looking for a Team Assistant to join this amazing Investment Management business in central London. This role is to provide team assistance within the London Office, supporting Asset Managers and Commodities Professionals with extensive travel management and providing first line administration support to the UK teams. Someone with experience in a similar role is desired due to the understanding and demands of a busy financial office.
This is a full-time, 12 month FTC which is office based and the working hours are 9am – 6pm.
Team Assistant duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide first level administration support to the London Office.
- Managing complex travel arrangements including; itineraries, co-ordinating flights, hotels and transfers.
- Managing the visa process.
- Scheduling of travel meetings including in person and Zoom/Teams calls.
- Work alongside the administration team to ensure adequate support is available to the firm.
- Working alongside the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO.
Team Assistant skills/experience:
- Previous Team Assistant experience is preferred.
- Organised, proactive, action oriented, discreet and able to work using own initiative.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Confident to work with senior investment professionals.
- Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
