Wise May is currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Digital Transformation Leader for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join them to facilitate recruitment across their European operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing people‑centric business, who prioritise collaboration, innovation and sustainability. This is a full time, temporary to permanent opportunity. Our client offers hybrid working (2‑3 days in the office per week once you have completed your onboarding) and there will be up to 10% travel, predominately in Europe. The hours are 9am‑5.30pm, although some flexibility may be required.
Talent Acquisition Partner key duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support the organisation's mission and uphold their core values.
- Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates.
- Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metrics.
- Proactively network with internal stakeholders to advise on talent resources, process and best practice.
- Provide an engaging and transparent hiring experience for both the hiring manager and the candidate.
- Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.
- Represent the employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues.
Talent Acquisition Partner key skills and experience required:
- Experience working in an internal talent acquisition team, successfully recruiting both in the UK and Internationally across Engineering, Construction, Power & Utilities or Digital Infrastructure.
- Military or diversity recruiting experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems.
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proactive individual with a collaborative approach.
