Wise May is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a collaborative, specialist law firm in the City. You will lead on all aspects of talent acquisition from sourcing through onboarding of lawyers and business operations staff, while supporting the firm's growth and EVP initiatives.

You will manage vacancies end-to-end, analyze recruitment data, collaborate with the Head of HR on budget, and build strong relationships with internal managers and external recruiters in a flexible, supportive environment.
