Wise May is looking for a Service Coordinator who enjoys in an administrative role to join our client, an extremely busy and friendly Business Management solution specialist based in Beckenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative environment and join a lovely team.
This is a full time, permanent role which is office based and the working hours are 8am-4.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Service Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
- Ability to provide support withadministrative work required by theteam.
- To maintain accurate and appropriate records and logs, using the company’s software and Outlook packages.
- Data entry – contract renewals and purchase orders.
- To use the company’s software system to request and place orders, set up new suppliers and confirm goods received.
- Stock take -Ordering equipment and office supplies.
- Answering phone/reception duties.
- Manage Incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
- Ability to update Engineer’s calendars.
- To assist with formatting and dispatching of documents.
Service Coordinator key skills and experience:
- Demonstrableexperience working in an adminstrativerole.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
