Wise May are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a global investment firm based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established organisation and support a busy, high performing Recruitment team. This is a fast-paced and hands on role, focused on coordinating a high volume of interviews, managing candidate logistics and supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and stakeholders. This is a full time, permanent, fully office based role, working office hours.

Recruitment Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple global offices
  • Managing interview scheduling and logistics through the ATS system
  • Liaising with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks and process coordination
  • Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including automation initiatives
  • Ensuring a high level of candidate care and professionalism at all stages of the hiring process

Recruitment Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience within a recruitment coordination, HR or administrative role, within professional services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
