Wise May are looking for a Receptionist to join an Insurance company based in the City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business within a vibrant office in London, to work with another Receptionist and an extremely friendly Facilities team.

Receptionist duties to include:

  • Maintaining the reception area, greeting clients and guests and answering and directing phone calls
  • Responsible for following all Firm security protocols for all visitors to the reception area
  • Meeting room set up for client meetings, including ensuring meeting rooms are kept stocked with all necessary stationery and refreshments
  • Arranging and ordering catering requirements for internal and client events held in the office as well as coordinating with other internal teams
  • Travel arrangements for guests including booking taxis

Receptionist skills:

  • Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels in a range of styles
  • Minimum of three years high-end customer service experience desired
