Wise May are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to join a global independent Insurance Broker based in the City to support 3 Managing Directors and their respective Divisions. This is a part time, 9 month fixed term contract. You will be working 3 days per week (2 days in the office, 1 day remote) and the role will start in September 2025.

Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management
  • Booking Travel and Transport
  • Diary management
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Organising Events, parties and social functions
  • Team Expenses
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Working within a team of PA's to help manage fluctuating workload

Personal Assistant key skills and experience required:

  • Prior PA experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Experience of organising and creating complex travel itineraries
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Adaptable and proficient in managing differing stakeholder preferences and requirements
  • Team Player with a collaborative approach to working with a wider team of PA's
  • Excellent MS Office skills
