Wise May are recruiting a temporary People Coordinator to join a fast growing Global Digital Transformation Leader to take responsibility and can cover onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking and reporting, playing a key part in keeping People Services Operations running smoothly across Europe and allowing the core team tofocus on strategic projects, process improvement and operating model initiatives.

This role is initially a 6 month contract with a view of going permanent. Our client offers flexible hybrid working opportunity and the hours are 9am-6pm (40 hours a week).

People Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Onboarding and offboarding - Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding records, prepare local draft employment contracts, support background checks, coordinate onboarding logistics for joiners.
  • Compliance tracking and documentation management - Track probation periods, keep compliance trackers, organise and maintain employee documentation repositories.
  • Vendor and administrative support - Manage invoice intake, monitor shared mailboxes for administrative intake.

People Coordinator key skills and experience required

  • Proven experience in People Services Operations or similar administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to maintain trackers andmeet deadlines.
  • Comfortable liaising with third parties.
