Wise May are looking for a PA to join a friendlyFinancial Services company based in the City of London. The role will be supporting the Finance team and will need a candidate who is proactive and able to work with tight deadlines with a variety of support duties.
This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are 09:00-17:30, Monday - Friday, hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home.)
PA duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Scheduling and co-ordinating tasks and projects
- Organising and preparing for meetings
- Event organisation and co-ordination
- Attend and contribute to team meetings
- Arrangingbusinesslunches
- Uploading and submitting expenses
- Help with adhoc tasks
PA skills required:
- Highly organised and efficient
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledgeof creating presentations
- Knowledge of taking minutes
