Wise May are seeking aMarketing Administrator on behalf of a clientto assist a consultancy business that focus on clients within the public sector field, based in the City of London.
This is a full time, 3 month contract role. The working hours are09:00-17:00, Monday - Friday, hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days from home.)
Marketing Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing materials and communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Assist with the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing collateral.
- Manage branded merchandise and promotional items.
- Support content creation for company websites, intranets, newsletters, and social media channels.
- Help organise events, conferences, exhibitions, and client functions.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing analytics.
- Coordinate supplier relationships for print, design, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and maintain marketing inventories, including brochures and promotional stock.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and updating records.
Marketing Administrator Skills Required:
- Previous marketing experience to include social media.
- Experience with social media
- Some basic graphic design knowledge, particularly using Adobe or Canva
- Some knowledge of using a CRM and creating email campaigns
- Some experience with WordPress or navigating a CMS/backend of a website
- The events side will largely be admin-based, such as knowledge of booking couriers, etc.
- Strong organisation and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with a range of stakeholders
