Overview: This is a full time hours, temporary contract, with hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote although must be flexible) and the hours are 09:00 - 17:30. Immediately available to start.

Responsibilities: Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Managing & co-ordinating detailed diaries, schedules and travel for Partners and team members.
  • Document management.
  • Process invoices and expenses.
  • Handling confidential correspondence via email & telephone.
  • Joining weekly team meetings and following up on further actions.

Qualifications / Key skills:

  • Previous experience in a PA, administrative or client service role, ideally within Insurance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external investors, both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing communications.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems and investor relations platforms is highly desirable.
  • Trusted to handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Works well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
