Wise May are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join a busy Accountancy business in the City, joining a friendly and supportive large team.
We require a bright, friendly, enthusiastic candidate to join this contemporary office.
The candidate should be flexible and able to work under pressure to ensure the company delivers against its objectives in a timely manner.
Client Support Administrator duties include
- Assisting the teamto drive and run the customer support and client care programmes
- Sales and Marketing Administration for the team
- General Administration including documentation, mailbox management and help desk assistance
- Maintain and improve office systems
- Meeting support
- Organisation of webinars
- Travel arrangements
- Processing all client invoices
Client Support Administrator skills required
- Previous experience providing good quality sales and client care support
- Salesforce experience
- Strong excel skills
- Experience with some sort of customer services / client relationships etc
- Able to follow basic instructions well.
- Confidence to ask questions if additional clarity is required
- Experience in a similar position
