Wise May are looking for a Legal PA to join a Law firm in the City, working closely with a team of 8 Legal PA's, supporting Partners and fee earners in Family law. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy office in the City of London. This is a full time, permanent position with hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely), the hours are 9.00am-5.30pm.

Legal PA duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Diary management
  • Organising travel
  • Answer phones and handle written and electronic correspondence
  • Document management
  • Maintain lawyers time entries
  • Assist with billing processes
  • Other ad hoc tasks when required

Legal PA skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrable experience working as a Legal PA in a law firm, within Family law
  • High level of ability on all applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and iManage
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proactive and practical approach
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and approachable attitude
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, including the ability and confidence to liaise with clients and employees at all levels
