Wise May are looking for a strong HR Operations / HRIS Assistant to join this forward thinking Underwriting Insurance company in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist this growing HR team and gain exposure to all parts of the company.

The role will be working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team.

This role offers hybrid working, and the hours are 09:00-17:00.

HR Operations duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team and Stakeholders to determine Human ResourceInformation System (HRIS)needs
  • Lead on implementing a new HR System
  • Deliver training on using the HRIS
  • Work closely with IT to optimise HRIS processes
  • Reports and audits
  • Manage data compliance
  • Audit HR processes and documents
  • Support and assist HR Payroll and Benefits Advisor on all payrolls
  • Support the team on projects as required throughout the year

HR Operations skills and experience required

  • Demonstrable experience in HR administration and operations
  • Proven experience implementing new HR system
  • Working knowledge of employee compensation and benefits
  • Able to operate at all times to the standards and rules of the regulatory bodies
  • Analytical and problem solving experience
  • Confidentiality
  • Able to develop and maintain good relationships with all in the workplace, working as part of a team
