Wise May are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a lively Accountancy business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to bring best practice ideas and strategies to life.
Working closely with the Head of HR in an extremely friendly and supportive team. This role is to cover maternity leave and is expected to last at least 9 months.
HR Business Partner duties will include:
- Employee Relations
- Project-based activities
- Payroll management/support
- HR generalist support
- Partnering duties
HR Business Partner skills required:
- HR Business Partner with Stakeholder experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Flexible Industry experience – ideally looking for someone with fresh ideas and a fresh perspective
- Passionate about the people side of Human Resources and getting involved with projects around DEI and Well Being
- You will build strong internal relationships and work closely with the HR Team whilst managing your own stakeholder group
- You will need to be a team player, highly organised and approachable
