Wise May is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Advertising Services client in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team within an inclusive and supportive work environment.
This is a full time, 2 month fixed term contract role which is office based. The working hours are 9am-6pm however there is some flexiability to be able to leave earlier and complete your work remotely.
Executive Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- Diary management to include scheduling meetings and coordinating client pitches.
- Organising lunch and refreshments for meetings.
- Providing executive support to the management team.
- Build strong working relationships across the organistation and with external clients.
- Proactively manage prioritiesand support a range of business activities.
- Assist with projects and company initiatives.
Executive Assistant key skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar executive support role.
- Strong diary management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, busy environment.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to use initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
