We are looking for a strong Executive Assistant to support the MD & a team of Senior VP’s (9 in total) for a Globally Integrated Asset Management Company in the heart of the West End.
The role will work along side a team of supportive EA’s who work in a professional and proactive way.
Duties:
– Diary management
– Inbox Management
– Booking Travel and Transport
– Organising meetings and appointments
– Organising Events, parties and social functions
– Expenses
– Manage databases and filing systems
– Ad hoc Reception Cover
Key competencies/skills required:
– Experience within a Financial services company (preferred)
– Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients

– Excellent MS Office skills
