Wise May are looking for an Administrator to join a busy Financial Advisory firm in Bromley. This role is a great opportunity to provide administrative support to stakeholders across the business. We are looking for a bright, friendly, enthusiastic candidate who is adaptable and has the ability to work well under pressure to support the company in achieving the business goals and objectives. This is a full time, permanent office based role and the working hours are 9am-5pm.
Administrator duties and responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary contact and first line support for incoming phone and email communications.
- Organise and schedule meetings with clients and third parties.
- Data entry, record keeping and file clerking.
- Print, organise and prepare documents.
- Implement and assist with new business recommendations as instructed.
- Support the day-to-day business operations and provide basic troubleshooting of office equipment like printers, computers, and phone systems.
Administrator skills required:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Sound knowledge of Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised.
- Strong time management skills, ability to work to deadlines.
- File clerking skills and knowledge of the leading filing systems.
