Wise May is looking for an Assistant Service Coordinator who wants to work in an administrative role to join our client, an extremely busy and friendly Building Management Systems specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative environment and join a lovely team who will provide brilliant training.
This is a full time, permanent role which is office based and the working hours are 8am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.
Assistant Service Coordinator duties and responsibilities:
- Ability to provide support withadministrative tasks.
- To maintain accurate and appropriate records and logs, using the company’s software and Outlook packages.
- Data entry – contract renewals and purchase orders.
- To use the company’s software system to request and place orders, set up new suppliers and confirm goods received.
- Stock take -Ordering equipment and office supplies.
- Answering phone/reception duties.
- Manage Incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
- Ability to update Engineer’s calendars.
- To assist with formatting and dispatching of documents.
Assistant Service Coordinator key skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in customer service, retail or hospitality.
- Demonstrable experience working as part of a team through work, school, college, volunteering orextracurricular activities.
- As interest in administration, customer service or developing a career within the BMS sector.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
