Working as part of a team, you will help maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness and safety while packing, labelling and recording products.
Duties include:
- Pack, label and inspect products to required standards.
- Complete accurate product records and documentation.
- Maintain quality, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Follow operating procedures at all times.
- Respond to machine alarms and carry out colour changes.
- Complete machine and equipment cleaning.
- Progress through grades and take on additional responsibilities.
- Assist with training once experienced.
- Full training provided.
Experience/skills required:
- Good numeracy and attention to detail.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
- Accurate record keeping skills.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Willingness to learn and progress.
- Commitment to health & safety.
Shift pattern:
- 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 3-shift rotating pattern, (06:00am to 14:00pm, 22:00pm to 06:00am and 14:00pm to 22:00pm (1/2-hour unpaid break per shift)
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on the needs of the company.
