Office Manager/Personal Assistant – Property Development & Construction – Rickmansworth, England
A growing property development and construction business is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the directors and oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied role combining executive support, office management and project administration.
Working closely with the directors, you will help keep the business organised, support multiple live construction projects and ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day PA support to the directors, including diary and meeting management.
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office.
- Maintain construction documentation and document control across live projects.
- Support property and project administration.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Track outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Order office supplies and coordinate office facilities.
- Provide general administrative support across the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Administrator.
- Experience supporting directors, founders or senior management.
- Experience within construction, property development, real estate or a related industry.
- Experience with document control, project administration or property administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
