A privately owned residential property developer is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of completed residential developments.
This is a dual-role combining building management with resident and operational management .
The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple developments, ensuring buildings are well maintained, financially managed and provide an excellent experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of completed residential developments.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of buildings, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
