A growing property development and construction business is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support the directors and oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a varied role combining executive support, administration and office management.
Working closely with the directors, you will help keep the business organised, support the directors and ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day PA support to the directors, including diary and meeting management.
Manage the day-to-day running of the office.
Support property and project administration.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting notes.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Track outstanding actions and ensure tasks are completed.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
