We're supporting a leading Wealth Management Platform in hiring an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex, onâpremise software projects. This role is focused on full SDLC execution, coordinating engineering teams and ensuring structured, disciplined delivery across multiple internal workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endâtoâend SDLC delivery across onâprem and hybrid product environments
- Coordinate crossâfunctional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps)
- Track delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure milestone governance
- Oversee testing phases and release readiness
- Maintain clear documentation and delivery reporting
- Partner with senior stakeholders (Head of Development, Head of Product)
- Promote structure, accountability, and delivery discipline across teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within software delivery
- Strong background in onâpremise product environments
- Proven experience managing full SDLC projects
- Handsâon experience with Agile/Scrum (Scrum Master experience preferred)
- Track record coordinating technical teams (Dev, QA, BA, DevOps)
- Strong organisational and delivery governance skills
- Confident in managing senior stakeholders
- Experience in FinTech / Wealth Management / Enterprise B2B software is preferred but not essential
- Based in (or able to commute to) London for hybrid work
- Immediately available to start
