A growing single-family office is seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Portfolio Delivery Manager to support the delivery of projects, initiatives and operational improvements across a diverse portfolio of businesses and investments. This role sits at the centre of a growing group of operating businesses and projects, acting as a key point of coordination to ensure initiatives gain traction, maintain momentum and are delivered effectively.

Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for improving visibility, accountability and execution across multiple workstreams, while helping to bring greater structure and consistency to how projects and businesses operate. The successful candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing project oversight with hands-on implementation support, process improvement and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain oversight of multiple projects, initiatives and operational workstreams across the group.
  • Ensure projects have clear ownership, milestones, timelines, risks and next steps.
  • Track delivery progress and proactively follow up where actions, decisions or deliverables are delayed.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines, actions and commitments.
  • Escalate risks, blockers and delivery concerns where appropriate.
  • Support the mobilisation and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Reporting and Governance
  • Produce regular reporting and updates for leadership on project progress, risks and priorities.
  • Develop portfolio-level reporting that provides visibility across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintain implementation trackers, action logs and delivery dashboards.
  • Support the development of consistent reporting standards and governance frameworks.
Process Improvement and Documentation
  • Document and improve business processes, workflows, policies and SOPs.
  • Create practical templates, trackers and reporting frameworks to improve consistency and control.
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve operational delivery.
  • Help ensure new processes and initiatives are properly embedded within the business.
Operational Support
  • Support implementation planning and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Assist with change initiatives and the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external advisers to ensure projects continue to move forward.
  • Support the operational setup and launch of new initiatives where required.
Technology and AI
  • Use project management and reporting tools confidently to improve visibility and delivery.
  • Support the use of technology and AI to improve documentation, reporting and operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency through technology.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Implementation, Operations or Delivery Management roles.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience producing project reporting, trackers, governance materials and management information.
  • Ability to maintain momentum and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery commitments.
  • Experience documenting processes, policies, SOPs and workflows.
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Confident using spreadsheets, project tools and reporting platforms.
  • Comfortable working within fast-moving, entrepreneurial and founder-led environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience within a family office, founder-led business, property group, private investment environment or multi-entity organisation.
  • Exposure to project delivery, PMO disciplines, business analysis or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting business transformation, operational change or implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation.
