Working arrangement: Fully office-based

The client is looking for a desk-based Lettings Administrator to support the day-to-day management of its residential tenants. The successful candidate must have previous experience using property-management software and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the tenant journey from move-in through to the end of the tenancy.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, responding to queries professionally and positively.
  • Liaise between tenants and the Building Manager regarding maintenance, property issues and general requests.
  • Maintain and manage the rental-arrears list, contacting tenants and tracking outstanding payments.
  • Keep tenancy records, correspondence and property information updated on CRM.
  • Support tenancy administration, renewals, documentation and general lettings processes.
  • Deliver a consistently positive tenant experience.

Essential requirements:

  • Previous lettings or property-administration experience.
  • Practical experience using CRM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident handling tenants and potentially sensitive arrears conversations.
  • Positive, organised and customer-focused.
  • Able to work independently in a busy office environment.
