Wiseman Consulting Limited is looking for talented and ambitious Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners to take their career to new heights with the revenue-sharing model, for one of the largest clients of its structure in the UK. We work closely with a revenue-sharing firm with over 150 Partners working from London or one of their 8 locations internationally.
This is an opportunity to take control of your earnings and work on exciting, progressive cross-border matters for an international practice based in the heart of London. After several years of growth and low turnover, our client is looking for the following Lawyers to join their growing team.
The firm has Partners operating in Banking and finance, Corporate and Commercial, Private Wealth and Private Client, Construction, Restructuring and Insolvency, Employment Law, Family (High Net Worth), Tax, IP, Real Estate, and Commercial Property. You will need a portable client base of at least £120,000 – £150,000 to begin your journey with our client. Several of their Partners have transformed their desks with innovative software, technology, support, and referrals and now bill over £1,000,000 per year in this environment.
Our client has revolutionised the traditional revenue-sharing model and offers their employees a market-leading 80% paid on all billings, 15-25% on all referrals, and further remuneration on all delegated work.
Our client will book a call to discuss your practice and advise on how to transition to the model. Wiseman Consulting Limited works directly with the senior management team to book fact-finding calls for prospective Partners.
