We are the overseas-focused energy management subsidiary of a listed group, combining the strong resource backing and brand credibility of a large enterprise with the agile decision-making and growth autonomy of a startup. Our core business is fully rooted in global energy solutions, and we are now accelerating the setup of our UK subsidiary—we’re looking for ambitious, English-proficient talents to join us as core members of this journey!
This role is ideal for you if you want to skip the "corporate red tape" and dive straight into end-to-end business operations, with clear paths to overseas deployment and leadership development.
As a Management Trainee, you will be a key participant in the full-cycle setup of our UK subsidiary, working alongside both UK local teams and our global headquarters to build foundational processes, connect resources, and lay the groundwork for our UK market expansion.
Over a 1–2 year structured rotation program, you will gain hands-on experience across 4 core tracks tailored to your strengths:
- Project Management (end-to-end overseas project coordination & delivery)
- Key Account Management (client relationship building & cross-border communication)
- Business Development (UK market research & partnership exploration)
- Human Resources Management (local talent acquisition & team culture building for UK subsidiary)
Your work will be fully English-dominated—from leading cross-border meetings to drafting commercial documents and negotiating with UK stakeholders. Outstanding performers will be prioritized for long-term overseas deployment opportunities to support our global energy projects beyond the UK.

- Willingness to travel occasionally between the UK and our global headquarters as business needs.
What We Offer You
- Rare "0-to-1" Experience: Be part of our UK subsidiary setup from day one—gain exposure to full business processes that you can’t get in a mature corporate role.
- Structured Growth & Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from senior leaders (with both UK market expertise and global energy industry experience); customized rotation plans to match your career aspirations.
- Dual Platform Advantages: Enjoy the stability of a listed group’s resource backing, plus the flexibility to make an impact and grow quickly like a startup.
