We’re seeking a driven Land Acquisition Expert to identify and secure suitable greenfield sites with basic knowledge of UK land processes.
- 3+ years’ track record securing land for UK ground-mounted solar/renewable projects; proven end-to-end delivery.
- Deep understanding of UK planning policy for solar farms, agricultural land hierarchy (BMV land guidelines) and grid connection basics.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and contract coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct site visits, manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
- (Preferred) Experience with GIS tools, land due diligence or solar project development.
