Overview

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. We’re looking for a Business Videographer to lead the way we approach video content at Wise Business. As our sole videographer, you’ll be responsible for every stage of production – from shaping concepts and storyboarding, through filming and directing, to final edits and delivery across multiple formats. This role requires someone who is both highly creative and technically hands-on, with the confidence to define a clear vision for how video can amplify our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end video production process, from initial idea through to post-production and delivery.
  • Conceptualise and pitch creative ideas that bring Wise Business stories to life across short and long form content.
  • Capture high-quality footage, work behind the camera with confidence, and direct contributors when required.
  • Edit, refine and finalise video content for use across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and internal communications.
  • Champion the role of video within the business by bringing a strong point of view on style, tone, and approach.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Where needed, support with photography and motion design, ensuring consistency across visual content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in videography, including concept development, filming, directing, and editing.
  • Skilled in industry-standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of creative projects from start to finish.
  • An assertive self-starter with a collaborative approach and the confidence to articulate and champion your vision.
  • Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: motion graphics and photography skills that can complement and elevate your video work.
