Due to continued and rapid growth we're on the hunt for an experienced Finance professional to join our FP&A team in London. You'll be part of the team that helps pilot the rocket ship.

We're looking for a Senior Manager to join the Financial Resources Forecasting & Analysis team, part of Wise's FP&A team. In this team you will be at the heart of our most critical regulatory and strategic projects. You will coordinate efforts across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Banking, Treasury, Risk, and Financial Controllers to ensure our growth is backed by robust forecasting and expert capital and liquidity planning.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating efforts across multiple teams, including FP&A, Strategic Finance, Banking, Treasury, Risk, and Financial Controllers to produce rolling group and entity forecasts, Key regulatory forecasts for ICARA/ILAAP as well as corporate finance models to assess how we should efficiently structure the business going forward.

  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for group/entity forecasts, new entity launches and new product offerings.
  • Corporate finance Models: Manage models and outputs associated with corporate finance scenario forecasting.
  • Business Partnering: Develop a deep understanding of Wise's business drivers to provide high-quality insights to stakeholders in Risk, Banking, Treasury and regional finance teams.
  • Process Innovation: Help us move away from legacy tools and processes as we continue to automate and leverage new technologies to make processes more efficient.

Our finance team is spread across the globe, but mainly in London and Tallinn, so do expect a lot of video-calls. Your work will be instrumental in delivering key insights on the financial prospects of the company as well as improving our knowledge, control and reporting of key forecast outlooks.

Regulated Environment Expert: You have a solid background in Banking, Asset Management, or Fintech, with a working knowledge of prudential regulations.

Model Architect: You are an expert at building three-statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and understand how macroeconomic factors like interest rates ripple through them.

Strategic Thinker: You can analyse complex data, take informed judgments, and communicate them clearly to senior stakeholders. You are a proven supportive team player who values knowledge-sharing and is keen to help others grow.
