Wise is seeking a Workplace Venue Specialist to own the operational delivery and logistics for events across our on-site spaces. You will ensure rooms are booked accurately, configured safely, and reset to a high standard, coordinating with IT/AV, Security, and Facilities.
You’ll support 10+ events per week across two spaces, lead the porter team, and drive continuous improvements to event processes and service levels.
