As we scale across EMEA, we're building a world-class Pricing team to support our explosive growth. We're looking for an Enterprise Pricing Manager to join our fast-growing Pricing team in EMEA.
You'll own the Wise Platform pricing framework for the region, working at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure we price sustainably while enabling rapid growth.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape pricing strategy for one of Wise's fastest-growing business areas, work directly with senior leadership across EMEA, and build the commercial frameworks that power our partnerships.
What you'll doOwn EMEA pricing strategy: Take ownership of the Wise Platform pricing framework for EMEA and evolve it as we onboard new partners, launch new products, and expand across multiple countriesLead the reprice process across EMEA based on pricing model outputsCreate pricing controls to ensure contracts align with our governance frameworkPartner with Sales and leadership: Build strong partnerships with the GM of EMEA and sales & delivery teamsSupport commercial discussions with Sales teams to ensure pricing remains within our frameworkOwn commercial modelling and negotiations for new and existing key accounts, ensuring sustainable pricingDrive accuracy and insight: Work closely with pricing analytics and commercial teams to ensure accurate unit economics allocation in pricing models for EMEAPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing decisionsWhat we're looking forYou'll thrive in this role if you have:10+ years of experience in Finance, with a track record of working alongside Sales teams on complex deal modelling and commercial discussionsExperience building commercial models and self-service tools that help teams understand the relationship between cost and priceProven ability to communicate and influence effectively in fast-paced environmentsExperience building visualisation dashboards (we use Lightdash)B2B commercial experienceA proactive mindset – you propose solutions, not just execute tasksAbility to work with minimal direction and structure your own approach to problem-solvingBonus points for: Experience in a startup, fintech, or cross-border payments environmentSQL skillsPrior experience working in or with pricing teamsWhy join Wise Platform?
