We are seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in establishing what great looks like on the technical side of our Partners integrations. The Technical Enablement Manager will ensure our Tech Delivery team—comprising Presales and Solution Engineers—has the resources, frameworks and tooling needed to execute complex integrations efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Delivery Ownership: Manage Technical Delivery as a product, focusing on improving efficiency and quality of our Partner integrations through knowledge management, data, tooling, and automation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Presales by understanding customer requirements and designing scalable payment solutions for our Partners. Work closely with our Solution Engineering team to build the right frameworks to support partners technical integration projects with a focus on enhancing and improving these processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, enhance documentation, and strengthen knowledge management practices.
- Tools & Technology Enablement: Implement and support technology tools that streamline tech delivery processes and enhance team efficiency.
- Training Programs: Design and deliver training to upskill the Delivery team, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with the Analytics team to establish performance metrics and reporting systems, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Culture of Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence within the Global Delivery team, driving exceptional client outcomes and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:- 5+ years in a technical enablement, Presales, Solution Engineering role, preferably in fintech, banking, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience with cross-functional teams to optimize technical project delivery and knowledge-sharing processes.
- Hands-on experience in developing frameworks, creating technical documentation, and managing training programs.
- Familiarity with performance management, reporting, and analytics to drive improvements in project execution.
- Experience with API and/or SWIFT-based payment integrations and understanding of complex banking systems.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
