Talent Development Specialist

Location: London. Contract: 12 month fixed‑term.

You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within Wise. In addition to leading the Company Onboarding programme you will design and deliver learning strategies, facilitate cross‑regional courses, guard data integrity of learning content and drive engagement across global initiatives.

Responsibilities

Facilitation

  • Main facilitator of Company Onboarding
  • Delivers off‑site training in locations where suitable

Learning Partnering

  • Responsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level
  • Conducts Learning Needs Analysis
  • Provides data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)
  • Works with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations
  • Maintains global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)
  • Drives engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s)

Coaching and Mentoring

  • Supports coaching and mentoring requests for region
  • Coaches and mentors new team members

Product Ownership

  • Serves as local point of contact for core product
  • Ensures proper data hygiene for products at regional level
  • Secures regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed

  • Consultative problem‑solving approach, applying data‑driven insights to create tailored solutions
  • Confidence in interpreting data and producing data‑led, visually compelling presentations
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Adept at stakeholder management, communicating effectively with diverse teams to encourage collaboration

Remuneration

£44,000-£58,000 per annum.
