b Overview /b p As a Staff Product Designer in the Business Account Management Squad, you shape Wise’s Business product to streamline global money workflows for diverse business users. You’ll partner with product, research, and engineering teams to reduce manual bookkeeping, enable safer delegation of tasks, and deliver a coherent, scalable experience across multiple markets and roles. You’ll mentor peers, advocate for evidence-based decisions, and explore AI-enabled design to simplify complex financial processes. You help Wise become the everyday account for businesses by shipping high-impact, user-centered solutions. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Own and solve design problems end-to-end within the team, balancing forward-looking vision with delivering incremental value /li li Develop deep empathy for business users and uncover unmet needs that Wise can address /li li Define the current, next, and future state of the experience and align it with committed outcomes /li li Apply systems thinking to ensure a cohesive, cross-team experience /li li Articulate a credible design roadmap through evidence-based direction /li li Raise design quality within the squad through feedback, critiques, and knowledge sharing /li li Incorporate AI thoughtfully into daily practice and demonstrate its value to the team /li li Ship impactful work that simplifies complex workflows and improves user outcomes /li li Own impact by defining success metrics and directly enhancing the user experience for thousands of businesses /li li Tackle challenging domains such as regulatory considerations, multi-user workflows, integrations, and diverse payment methods to create a unified experience /li li Mentor other designers, foster open design collaboration, and share credit across the team /li li Collaborate with designers across Wise to maintain consistency and scalability in experiences /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Senior designer with end-to-end ownership of complex product areas /li li Ability to think in systems and design for multiple markets, formats, and edge cases /li li Evidence-based design approach using data and user insights to justify decisions /li li Strong portfolio of impactful work solving real, complex problems /li li Prototyping mindset and ability to compare approaches and communicate tradeoffs /li li High craft level and experience with design systems to scale outputs /li li Mentoring and collaborative skills to uplift teammates /li li Experience with AI tools in product design and a point of view on their use /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li mentoring /li li communication /li li design systems /li li prototyping /li li evidence-based design /li /ul
