Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere. Wise Business is a core part of Wise’s mission and is one of the fastest growing parts of Wise. This role is a great opportunity to bring a step change and accelerate a product already at scale and growing rapidly.
We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong understanding of building User Experiences for SMBs to lead our Account Experience team. Your mission begins the second a customer completes onboarding and lands in the product: ensuring they don’t just join, but thrive, activate, and scale their operations using our full suite of products. You will own the business experience across the lifecycle including ‘Early Use’ meaning adopting their first set of products and also ‘Deepening the usage’ meaning helping business discovery, understand and adopt the full range of products that will help their Business grow.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5+ years experience as PM with successful launches that have led to trajectory change in growth.
- UX Obsessed: You believe that B2B software shouldn’t feel like "work." You have a proven track record of leading design-heavy products where the user journey is the primary differentiator.
- Small Business Champion: You genuinely understand what it means to run a small business. You know their pain points, their late nights, and why a clear dashboard or a quick statement download matters.
- Proven Leader: You have led cross-functional teams before. You know how to balance "shipping fast" with "building right."
- Strategic & Tactical: You can zoom out to define the strategy but aren’t afraid to dive into technical details of an API implementation.
Bonus:
- You have experience building B2B software.
- You have experience managing 3rd party relationships.
We’re people without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We want to work with the best people, no matter their background. So if you’re passionate about learning new things and keen to join our mission, you’ll fit right in. Also, qualifications aren’t that important to us. If you’ve got great experience, and you’re great at articulating your thinking, we’d like to hear from you.
And because we believe that diverse teams build better products, we’d especially love to hear from you if you’re from an under-represented demographic. For everyone, everywhere. We’re people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We’re proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
