Wise, a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Onboarding team and drive growth by creating a seamless and transparent first experience for our customers across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onboarding team in finding and iterating on opportunities to grow Wise faster, bringing more customers to the revolution.
• Directly contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal by figuring out and building solutions so that customers can move money instantly, conveniently, transparently, and eventually for free.
• Create a compelling vision for your product area and draw a clear path to get there, inspiring your team and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to enable the team to make informed, data‑driven decisions and execute to the highest standards.

• Driving Customer Conversion: Track and improve conversion rates of new customers globally across all products.
• Building World‑Class Products: Iterate on any aspect of our products across platforms without compromising transparency or user experience.
• Choosing Your Path: Work autonomously, create your own vision, and make key product calls while gathering feedback from our community.
• Growing as a Leader: Build and inspire your own team, and influence other teams to contribute to the Wise mission.
• Being a True Lead: Go beyond the conventional PM role—help with hiring, skill development, and getting things done.

Qualifications

• Vision & Alignment: Able to get the team to dream big, align on a commonly agreed vision, and articulate a clear path to execution.
• Customer‑Focus: Proven experience with a product served by thousands or millions of customers, including running surveys, research, interviews, and defining customer impact of product investments.
• Cross‑Platform Delivery: Track record delivering excellent UX on web, iOS, and Android, with a strong sense of UX and attention to UI details.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Skilled at diving into data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and influence the company with compelling data stories.
• Technical Fluency: Good technical understanding that enables prioritizing technological investments, reducing tech debt, and new features.
• Clear Communication: Able to frame problems and communicate clearly and logically with internal and external partners on challenging issues.
• Design skills are a bonus.
