The Customer Acquisition team within the Send team is tackling one of Wise\’s most critical challenges: helping new users complete their first international transfer. Too many people drop off before they succeed—a huge opportunity to remove friction and help millions move money more easily.
How You\’ll Contribute
Understand our customers deeply. Build empathy for first-time users navigating cross-border transfers.
Own complex, ambiguous problems. Work across the acquisition funnel—entry points, recipient creation, funding, and first transfer completion.
Think creatively and divergently. Drive improvements that increase clarity, convenience, trust, and joy.
Leverage AI. Explore assistive and co-pilot experiences that guide first-time users through unfamiliar processes.
Experiment rapidly. Prototype and validate ideas with real user behaviour before committing to full builds.
Collaborate closely. Work with your PM, EM, Engineers, and Content Designer to ship impactful work.
Raise the bar. Set high standards for design quality and help grow the craft within the Send Experience Group.
