We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Compliance Senior Manager to join our Product, Compliance and Risk Team to own and develop our Pricing controls framework and regulatory compliance strategy. This is an exciting new role which puts you on the front lines of how we deliver value to our customers.
This is a first line of defence hands‐on role, embedded in the Pricing Product Squad.You will be leading and growing the Pricing Product Compliance and Risk program, leading on new pricing model compliance risk assessment, owning projects and making decisions as follow:
Interpret and translate regulatory requirements, for Product and Engineering teams to seamlessly build pricing controls when launching new pricing strategies.
Coordinate with global product, marketing, compliance oversight and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery of pricing changes.
Own the process to refine and improve customer understanding of pricing specific communications, setting clear expectations and guidelines to marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met.
Identify innovative ways for Wise to price our product in collaboration with the Pricing product team to ensure that fees are minimised and value is delivered to customers as fast as possible.
Build out a framework for pricing controls to ensure that regulatory requirements are met and conduct risk and operational risk is minimised.
Take part in industry associations initiatives where regulatory changes and best practices are discussed, and actively represent Wise in engaging with legislative and regulatory consultations.

Be empowered to identify regulatory and compliance problems or opportunities and take a lead in execution
About you:You have the ability to interpret primary and secondary legislation relating to pricing obligations, consumer conduct and/or financial promotions in multiple jurisdictions.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (compliance, marketing, finance) to launch products in multiple regions or business lines preferred.
You have a deep working knowledge of conduct related Payments and Financial Services Regulations from a consultancy, in house, legal.
You have been leading major projects where you highly influenced decision making (product launches, remediations, audits) by going into the details of the problems.
You are used to report and explain complex regulatory expectations to senior stakeholders and C‐levels.
You have experience building frameworks for others to operate within.
