Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product teams to understand launches and new features, and how they impact our customers and commercial results, including regional nuances.
  • Write detailed, clear, well‑orchestrated briefs for communication teams.
  • Create visually appealing communications across multiple platforms that reach millions of customers worldwide.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, follow up on performance and insights to iterate for greater impact.
  • Convey ideas with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask ‘what if’.
  • Keep up with competitors, bringing a strong point‑of‑view on how Wise can cut through and deliver best‑in‑class communications.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio of high‑impact product launch, mission and brand communication strategies.
  • Passion for data and how it informs best‑in‑class communications.
  • Proven experience working with Product & CRM teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
