We’re looking to hire Senior Product Analysts for Wise Business, our international business account.

  • Recurring Payins: Building a new product that will allow businesses to automate recurring pay-ins into their account(s).
  • Expense Management: Simplifying global expense management for small businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategy & Metrics
    • Own the Numbers: Define, track, and socialize core KPIs and OKRs.
    • Enable Data: Build necessary data logging and pipelines for accurate product tracking.
    • Drive Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, optimization across product funnel.
  • Execution
    • Prioritize the Roadmap: Quantify expected impact of features to focus on highest-value initiatives.
  • Partnership & Communication
    • Be the Expert: Translate analytical findings into clear actionable recommendations for Product Team and leadership.

What You’ll Bring

  • Expert level SQL skills for querying, manipulating and transforming large relational datasets.
  • Experience designing and building automated data pipelines.
  • Strong product thinking – translate customer needs into problem statements, metrics, opportunity sizing.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts, preferably via Python or R.
  • Exceptional ability to translate raw data into narratives and actionable decisions using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.

Nice To Have But Not Essential

  • Experience launching a new product (greenfield initiative).
  • Experience in B2B space understanding business customers’ finance and expense management needs.
  • Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis or regulatory compliance in FinTech.
  • Experience designing, launching and analyzing A/B tests in high-volume product environment.
