Our customers now already earn £50m a month from their money held across the currencies on Wise. Holding money with a bank is non‑transparent and unfair. Our Wise Account provides an alternative by letting customers decide how to hold their money, invest it, and receive returns. We charge a fair and transparent fee before returning the rest to them.

First 6 months

  • Onboard and understand your team, squad and guild vision and how you can contribute.
  • Understand the Wise product, fintech space and our tech culture.
  • Fully develop new features from planning to release, and keep monitoring their adoption once live.
  • Participate in two quarterly plannings and propose ideas to advance the product.
  • Contribute to hiring interviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and deploying an app that delights customers.
  • Proficiency in Swift.
  • Familiarity with software architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, or VIPER.
  • Desire to write testable code.
  • Understanding of REST API design.
  • A strong product mindset and passion for user experience – you prioritise work with users in mind and make data‑driven decisions to address user issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex, technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with your team and solve problems independently and proactively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Experience with Structured Concurrency.
