Wise Platform seeks an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own the operational relationship for Tier 1 EMEA partners, overseeing complex product integrations and driving revenue retention. You will lead strategic stakeholder engagements, run QBRs, and influence roadmaps to scale with high-impact accounts, maintaining proactive, data-driven programs across Wise Platform.

You’ll operate with autonomy, coordinating with Product, Servicing and Engineering, and mentoring a growing team.
