Wise is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in London to lead end-to-end CRM strategy across Invite and Pricing. You will own lifecycle management, segmentation, incentives and engagement initiatives to drive growth through referrals and price leadership.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing Tech, Analytics, UX Research and Product Marketing to design and implement multi-channel communications (email, push, in-app) that demonstrate Wise's value and encourage advocacy across international markets.
