Wise is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to lead wide-ranging corporate and governance work for a multi-jurisdictional group. You will partner with senior stakeholders to manage capital markets, disclosures, and strategic transactions, including M&A, restructurings, and equity programs.
You will advise the group’s finance, treasury and investor relations teams, coordinate with external counsel, and mentor junior lawyers to scale a best-in-class corporate legal function in a fast-moving, global environment.
