Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Our goal is to build the best financial product for moving, holding, spending, and managing money safely, whether you live an international life or not. Millions of customers trust Wise with their money. That trust depends on protecting people from fraud, scams, and account takeover, and helping them feel safe using the product every day.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to define and drive Wise’s external perception as a leader in fraud prevention, security, and customer protection. This role exists to create a clear, consistent external narrative that explains how we protect customers and why Wise should be trusted as a security-first financial product.
You will own how Wise shows up externally on Trust & Safety. That means defining the narrative, deciding what matters, and making it real. You will:
- Define and drive Wise’s Trust & Safety positioning, grounded in real product controls and outcomes
- Turn complex fraud and security systems into clear, honest messaging that customers understand
- Shape how Trust & Safety shows up across external surfaces, including product launches, education, campaigns, and industry narratives
- Work with Product and Design so Trust & Safety launches ship with a clear external story by default
- Partner with Marketing and PR to amplify product-backed narratives, not abstract claims
- Identify where Wise should lead, where we should follow, and where we should stay silent
- Measure whether Trust & Safety messaging actually changes customer understanding, trust, or behaviour
This is a hands-on role. You will write, test, ship, learn, and iterate.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience shaping product positioning in complex or regulated domains
- A track record of turning real product capabilities into clear external narratives
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with high standards for accuracy
- Comfort working with data, research, and metrics to validate impact
- Experience influencing product, design, and marketing teams without formal authority
You are:
- An innovator who sees gaps and wants to fill them
- A driver who pushes work forward rather than waiting for direction
- Ambitious about impact, not just output
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and persistent
- Comfortable owning outcomes, not just deliverables
What success looks like:
- Customers understand how Wise protects them
- Trust & Safety launches consistently include a clear external story
- Wise is recognised externally for its approach to fraud and customer protection
- Trust & Safety messaging measurably improves trust, comprehension, or behaviour
What’s in it for you:
- The opportunity to define Wise’s external Trust & Safety narrative from the ground up
- Real ownership and influence in a critical, high-stakes domain
- Close collaboration with senior Product, Design, and Marketing leaders
- Competitive compensation, including RSUs
- Flexible working and strong benefits
- The chance to work on problems that genuinely protect people
We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We celebrate our differences and ensure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
