As part of our team, you will help create an entirely new network for the world’s money. You will join the Grow Squad, responsible for the "Holding" and "Wealth" pillars of our mission, empowering Wise customers to make their money work as hard as it can.

Through our Assets product, we enable customers to move their money out of 0% interest holding accounts into government-backed interest assets or global stocks, while retaining instant access to their funds. We have successfully launched Assets in multiple regions, managing billions in customer funds, and now aim to scale this impact to millions more users.

The Role involves being the strategic commercial voice of the Assets product, working directly within the Product team alongside the Senior Product Manager, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers. You will own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle adoption for our investment products globally.

Your challenge is to explain complex financial mechanics in a simple, transparent, and fair manner, bridging the gap between regulatory compliance and customer delight.

What You Will Be Doing

  • The Strategy & Positioning (The "Why"): Define the global positioning for Wise Interest and Stocks, translating technical wealth-tech concepts into clear value propositions that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Be the expert on the landscape, mapping user needs regarding savings and investments to inform the product roadmap.
  • Nomenclature: Work with Product, Legal, and Compliance to define how we name and present asset classes, ensuring clarity and trust.
  • The Launch & Go-to-Market (The "How"): Lead the GTM strategy for launching Assets in new markets and deploying new asset classes, coordinating cross-functional teams for compliant launches.
  • Sales & Support Enablement: Ensure Customer Support and Sales teams understand the product, equipping them with necessary materials to support customers.

Qualifications

  • Product Marketing Native: 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within FinTech or WealthTech.
  • Financial Literacy: Comfortable with concepts like AUM, APY, Yield, and able to explain financial products without jargon.
  • Regulatory Comfort: Experience in regulated industries, crafting compliant and compelling copy.
  • Data-Driven Storyteller: Use data to measure the impact of messaging and iterate based on conversion funnels.
  • Global Mindset: Understand cultural differences in wealth and savings, localising value propositions accordingly.
