- Mission-Driven Culture: Join a company that values transparency, "customer is first" (even internal customers), and getting it done. We empower teams to make decisions and take ownership. We value clear outcomes, strong cross-functional partnerships and measurable impact.
What we’re looking for (Must-have)

- Technical Background: Strong experience delivering technical roadmaps and making architecture/integration decisions (APIs, identity/SSO, data model, vendor integrations).
- Excellent Communicator with Stakeholder Mastery: Demonstrated success building partnerships across HR, engineering, analytics and compliance with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: You use data to prioritise your roadmap and measure the success of your team's output.
- Ability to thrive in Ambiguity: You are comfortable navigating unclear requirements and shifting priorities. You can build structure out of chaos and make pragmatic decisions even when all the facts aren’t yet available.
Nice to have
- Fintech Experience: Experience working in a regulated financial environment with data privacy and audit requirements (DORA, SOX).
- Workday Pro Certifications: Deep "under the hood" knowledge of Workday Studio or Extend is a huge plus.
- System Migration Experience: You’ve led a team through a major system implementation or migration (e.g., migrating an ATS or LMS).
