Job Description
Location: London (Hybrid - In-office requirement: First 3 months: 4 days/week; 3 months: 3 days/week)
We are looking for a Team Assistant to support our Finance Team. This role will be based out of our London office and is a unique opportunity to enhance the productivity of our leadership by managing complex logistics and key communications. You will ensure our leaders are prepared, organised, and focused on our mission to save billions for customers globally. Your ability to anticipate needs and streamline administrative processes will be pivotal to your success in this role. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, supporting teams in a company that is changing the way money moves around the world.
As a member of the BOSS (Business Operations and Support Services) team, you're a culture leader and a tactical partner. You own the logistics that keep our leaders focused on our mission, ensuring they are always prepared, effective, and empowered to drive Wise forward.
Your Mission
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Independently manage complex diaries across multiple locations and time zones for two or more senior leaders. You will proactively protect their time, carving out dedicated blocks for document review and strategic thinking. You'll also secure internal/external meeting rooms, register guests with reception as required.
